8 months agoThey reopened underneath another name, but don’t forget that this restaurant was closed due to a failed inspection with the health department. Cockroach’s were found in and on food storage and they didn’t even have something as simple as sanitizer or dish soap. I would NOT eat here.

11 months ago"The food at Nepalese Himalayan Asian restaurant & grill was delicious! I particularly enjoyed the chicken salad,biryani, chaumin, momo pork thali and the service was excellent. Our server, Malia rai was attentive and made the evening special. Drinks are not expensive.$$$

a year agoDO NOT GO HERE OR PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RIPPED OFF Placed an order through their website online. The order was processed and payment went through, but when we got to the restaurant they said that they did not receive any order. I had the order confirmation number and receipt as well. Moreover the response from the front desk was not helpful at all, we were rudely told to deal with it ourselves as they do not know how to work out the website ordering system. No refund , no sympathy or explanation. I would not recommend this place for their rude and unhelpful service. We are yet to get our money back.

a year agoThe food was worst. We waited for more than a hour for the pork thali. Does only the meat, lentils and rice make it thali ? Worst customer service ever seen in Pittsburgh. We went our self to ask for the additional rice. When we got the rice they took another 10 mins for the lentils. I don’t recommend anyone to eat thali in this place.

a year agoI visited Carrick Bar & Grill for the first time and just loved it! It’s my favourite Nepali restaurant in Pittsburgh and probably the U.S. Their spicy chutney is to die for! Momo needs the most authentic chutney and this place offers that. We order steamed and jhol momos and the thukpa. Everything was awesome! Will definitely visit again and again just for the yummy chutney.
